The course is spread over 4 sessions on 7, 8, 21 and 22nd March and is delivered LIVE with access to additional recordings. The Course Leader, Katrina Cochrane was previoiusly Head of Education for the BDA , is an experienced needs assessor and trainer as well as diagnostic assessor . She has carried out needs assessments for over 20 years. A mentoring session is offered as part of the course and single days can be booked rather than the whole course. Minimum numbers are required to run the course. NB We can invoice you directly if you email the Course Director.

What is neurodiversity and how do we screen for it in the workplace (2 sessions) - March 7 and 8 
The Equality Act and making reasonable adjustments - March 14th 
Assistive technology that can support employees - March 14th 
Carrying out a workplace needs assessment with confidence - March 15th 
For accreditation a workbook and a needs assessment has to be completed. NOTE - there are 3 Modules to the course over 4 days from the 7th March. APEL can be given for those with a Level 7 qualification but note the workbook for accreditation covers all 4 days.
