What makes our assessors qualified?
Level 4 OCN Accredited
All assessors hold higher education knowledge with advanced skills equivalent to HNC or first-year undergraduate level.
DBS Checked
Every associate assessor holds a full DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check, ensuring the safety of all clients including children.
AMBDA Qualified
Many of our assessors hold AMBDA (Associate Member of the British Dyslexia Association) status, the BDA's recognised status for specialist teachers and assessors.
Accredited Diagnostic Assessors
All our assessors have a current APC , are DBS checked and have indemnity insurance. Work Place Needs Assessors all have BDA accredited training. Re-assessment mentoring services
Mentoring services are available for assessors working in isolation to prepare for APC renewal. This includes discussing new report formats and reviewing updated guidance from SASC.
